An eclectic, exuberant whole-house reworking of a 1930's Broadmoor residence. A modest addition improved functionality at every floor. The updates respect and reinforce the unique original details of the home while incorporating surprising elements such as a custom steel stair rail and intricately carved marble mantel. Our work included all interior finishes including custom wallcoverings, vintage lighting, art and antiques.
